Returns and Refund Policy

Returns:

Our simple returns policy means that you can shop hassle free at Olive & Olive allowing you to return your item if you have changed your mind.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return an item:

If you have changed your mind and would like to return an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs, and these are non-refundable.
Please make sure that you use the return slip which will be enclosed within your goods. Should you have misplaced or lost your return slip, you can emails us at [email protected] and we will send you a new one.
We would strongly advise that all items are well packaged and insured as we will not be able to process a return refund for goods that are damaged or lost by the courier.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

We meticulously quality check our products before they leave our premises, but on the rare occasions the products may be damaged in transit, please notify us with in 48 hours of delivery, by sending us an email at [email protected], Including a photo of the damage and describing the issue. We will then get back to you with the return arrangements and arrange a free collection. Once we have received the damaged item we will look to exchange and replace your item. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed a full refund will be issued.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds:

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your returned item being received.
All refunds will be made to the original method of payment; we are unable to process refunds except to the original source of payment.
You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
Once processed, the time it takes for the funds to hit your bank account is based on the financial institution used to make the original payment. Typically speaking almost all refunds are actioned by financial institutions and back in your account within 1-3 days, however, some financial institutes can take up to 14 days to complete the refund. This is outside of our control.
